Oh no! If your product had arrived damaged, please refrain from using it and reach out to us immediately!  Please send the following information over to our Customer Experience Team:

- photo of the damaged product
- legible copy of your packing slip
- photo of the packaging in which the order had arrived in
 

Please send these attached files (.jpg and/or .png only) in your ticket and a Customer Experience Representative will be assisting you shortly with further instructions. We will do our best to fix your order
